Jonah combines corporate leadership experience with the practical lessons of entrepreneurship, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges business owners face. Before relocating to New Zealand, he built his career in construction in the United States, delivering more than $100M of commercial and residential projects.
Recognised early for his commercial ability, Jonah was selected to establish a new regional office in Colorado, leading business development and sales while helping grow the business from a two-person operation into a team of 12 generating $50M+ in annual turnover. That experience gave him firsthand insight into how sales, leadership, team development, and systems combine to scale a business successfully.
After moving to New Zealand in 2019, Jonah made the transition from corporate leadership to business ownership, co-founding a successful building company in Wanaka before launching a venture-backed technology startup. Experiencing both the rewards and challenges of entrepreneurship has shaped his coaching approach and reinforced his belief that sustainable business growth begins with the growth of the business owner.
