After moving to London, Justine honed her marketing and strategic communication skills within global advertising agency networks, working with a diverse range of brands and teams. This experience sparked a passion for understanding people, behaviour, culture, and what truly drives performance.
With more than 25 years of international leadership experience across Australia and around the world, Justine has led multi‑generational, multi‑cultural teams through complex challenges and high‑growth opportunities. Her approach is centred around empowering individuals to thrive and creating environments where both people and businesses can succeed.
Prior to EBS, Justine owned and operated her own coaching business, specialising in start‑ups, branding, leadership development and supporting business owners to build confidence, clarity and strategic momentum. She is DISC‑certified, enabling her to bring behavioural insights into her coaching practice in a way that is practical, compassionate and deeply effective.
