Stephen Reeve

Stephen is a business leader and coach for Entrepreneurial Business School. He thrives on helping people and businesses succeed by identifying their current state, future goals, challenges, and hurdles. Stephen works with them to develop strategies that ensure they reach their full potential and get to where they want to be.

With 35 years international senior leadership experience, Stephen has worked across the Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and Asia Pacific regions in technical, operations, sales and general management roles. With a ‘people-first’ philosophy, Stephen has worked in under-performing businesses and new start-ups to deliver the change, growth and stability needed to help those businesses (and people within those businesses) operate to their fullest potential.

Having worked in local and international companies across numerous countries, Stephen is culturally aware and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds during periods of change to achieve business goals whilst ensuring everybody is on a common journey and culture is maintained.

Known for his energy, adaptability, positive attitude and passion, Stephen enjoys being challenged, loves continuously learning and is always ready to support people and new businesses. With a varied career across industries such as manufacturing, utilities, field technology services, media, fintech, oil & gas and asset management, he has been successful leading and developing operations, training, services, finance, software, consulting and sales teams.
