Business Coach
- Brisbane QLD (Remote)
- Full-time
- Up to $200,000 OTE
About the role
As a Business Coach, you will work directly with business owners, guiding them through growth challenges and facilitating transformation. The role combines strategic guidance with accountability support, helping entrepreneurs achieve measurable results across leadership, operations and personal development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to business owners
- Help clients set clear business and personal objectives
- Develop actionable plans with measurable outcomes
- Provide guidance on leadership, management, sales, marketing, operations and strategy
- Challenge assumptions and help clients overcome obstacles
- Hold clients accountable to their commitments
- Analyse performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate mindset and leadership development
- Connect clients with relevant resources and networks
Travel
Approximately 12–15 trips per year throughout Australia, mainly to the Sunshine Coast for workshops and meetings. New team members spend 6–8 weeks (non-consecutive) at head office during their first year.
What you'll bring
- Proven success as a business owner, senior leader or business coach
- Strong commercial acumen and business management experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor others
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Nice to have
- Formal coaching accreditation or certification
- Experience working with SME owners and entrepreneurs
- A background in professional services, consulting or advisory roles
