Yes. There is no catch and no obligation to purchase a program. It is a 60-minute strategy session valued at $2,190, designed to give you clarity and show you how our systems work. You only move forward with joining the EBS Community and programs if we agree it is a fit. At that stage will let you know what is available and what suits your situation best.
Don’t be fooled, we are nothing like when you went to school! This isn’t boring classrooms and lecture theatres!
Standard academic business schools teach theory. EBS focuses on immediate, real-world execution. We provide hands-on structures, custom tools, peer boards, and 1-on-1 accountability to ensure you implement what you learn.
We highly encourage business partners to attend the diagnostic session together. Aligning both partners on the growth path is critical to building a cohesive, scalable organisation. Plus, your business partner will have questions that are different to yours, so make the most of your time with an experienced coach and both attend.
While long-term operational freedom takes 12-24 months of system building, we typically identify immediate cash leaks and quick-win system updates during the diagnostic session itself that can save you thousands of dollars.
